Unity Community Care Services approached us as a newly established NDIS provider aiming to build immediate trust with participants and support coordinators. With no existing branding or digital assets, their main challenge was launching with a clear, unified identity that could communicate reliability, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism from day one.

We crafted a fresh and inclusive visual identity that speaks to the values of unity, empowerment, and community. The logo was designed with strong, symbolic shapes, paired with a rich, earthy colour palette that reflects warmth and strength. The typography and visual tone project clarity and care across every platform.

To support community engagement and onboarding, we created a suite of printed materials including business cards, service brochures, and branded documentation. Each item was designed to reflect the identity system and reinforce Unity’s professional and participant-focused approach.

We designed a responsive and accessible website that clearly outlines Unity’s services, values, and contact pathways. The layout was created with user simplicity in mind—enabling easy navigation for participants, families, and referral networks. The final build supports inquiry generation and service visibility while adhering to NDIS-ready best practices.
